The first part of the Nextep program for entrepreneurs ended with success. A unique experience for both participants and trainer. A different environment with different challenges and solutions. A place where experienced entrepreneurs got together in order to discover how they can adapt their strategy and objectives in order to take their company to the next level.
The first step from a successful entrepreneur towards a successful CEO. Nextep Entrepreneur, a program developed by Human Invest in partnership with Business Standard, had its first debut with the help of an enthusiastic group of participants. People with lots of ideas, put into practice through hard work and dedication. People from various fields such as communication, industry, real estate, IT, manufacturing etc. transformed our first session into a full on learning experience for all those present.
Our starting point was the triad comprised of values - organizational culture- sustainable performance. With the help of case studies and different training instruments we ended up having mature debates that lead to a series of strong personal conclusions.
A lot of ideas and traditional ways of doing business were challenged. Learning points were taken away and are about to be implemented in their own business and discussed in the sessions that will follow.
Nextep Entrepreneur is already a huge success!
