Because the transition from specialist to manager is just one step away, and it requires a lot of courage, we thought that during this summer we should focus on the Nextep community.
Personal lessons taken from our program are now, more than ever, being put into practice. How can you be a better manager? Especially in these difficult times. It's very important to create a comfortable environment, outside the training sessions, in which former Nextep participants can share the challenges they faced and ideas that they can debate together.
The first stage, in which skills and knowledge were taught and exercised within the program, has passed. Now we have to see what their impact in the business environment will be and how they are applied by those in the Nextep community. We want to be next to them by developing an environment where the effects of management development don't stop when the program ends. The ultimate goal of Nextep is in the continuous learning and development of those that took part.
We like the fact that they are willing to exchange ideas, plans and as such contribute to the Nextep community. Their energy is an added value for future participants.
