Our Nextep community is growing with every year and becoming more and more valuable. The second group has successfully completed our management development program along with their managers, trainers, friends and special guests.
Media, production, training, telecommunication, entrepreneurship, 22 days of training, 3 key management areas, 7 of the best trainers, individual coaching sessions and special guests...in
short, 12 enthusiastic participants - the second edition of Nextep! As in the
case of the first one we met in the same informal and friendly environment in
order to celebrate a new group of successful managers.
For those that took part, Nextep meant much more! The opportunity of having a personal business experience within a community that supports learning and the exchange of ideas. Courses and information based on practice, trainers with experience in different areas, extra-curricular activities and projects that helped participants assimilate and practice the new management abilities.
The graduation ceremony of the second Nextep group gave both trainers and participants the chance to share some of the experiences they had while attending the program. Diplomas were handed out, there were speeches, jokes and presents. But what really matters... the Nextep community, one that we are very proud of, just got bigger.
