| Human Invest celebrates 10 years of reputation |

On Thursday, April 2, Human Invest celebrated 10 years of experience on the Romanian training and consultancy market together with friends and collaborators. In a very informal and friendly environment, we toasted our successes and remembered the good moments spent alongside our clients, realizing how much we have learned all these years.
The event began with a short recap of Human Invest's history, told by the two founding partners, Viorel Panaite and Richard Reese. Guests had the opportunity to find out how the company started as well as funny stories gathered in the 10 years of experience in this field. We celebrated with our clients, with whom we grew alongside both in terms of quality and number. We had memorable experiences, many of those with which we started work in 1999-2000 are still with us to this day. Ever since it first started Human Invest earned a reputation for being a strategic partner due to the programs it implemented as well as the value and experience of our trainers.
Our program portfolio was continuously adapted in order to answer the training needs of the Romanian market. In 2004 our focus shifted towards leadership programs, becoming exclusive representatives in Romania for two globally known companies: The Ken Blanchard Companies and Tom Peters Company. Beside the leadership programs Human Invest also developed courses such as Priorities Matter!™ (time management and personal efficiency) and DiSCover© (communication and influencing skills). |

In 2007 we launched Nextep - the first open program for management development created by a training company in Romania. Already reaching the third edition Nextep was very well received by the business environment, being nominated for "The Most Creative Training Program of 2008" at the Business-Edu Awards Gala in 2009. This year our offer just got bigger with Nextep Entrepreneur - a business school developed for entrepreneurs that want to lead their company to the next level - and Situational Leadership®II eLearning.
Human Invest's efforts of offering good quality programs, in accordance with the needs of Romanian companies, were rewarded not only with positive feedbacks from participants but also through awards at specialised events. In 2008, Rares Manolescu, company senior manager, received the "Trainer of the Year" award at the Business-Edu gala. In 2009, Situational Leadership® II was voted "The most creative training program" by Romanian managers.
Alongside business activities, Human Invest is also interested in developing the young generation, by collaborating with organizations such as AIESEC Romania, Leaders Romania and Junior Achievement Romania. The public conferences of projects such as Angajatori de Top and Training '08 - were other excellent opportunities for contributing to the development of a new generation of managers, with real leadership abilities. For these next ten years we plan on being at the forefront of training suppliers, offering all our clients programs with which to increase the efficiency and productivity of their employees, leadership abilities that help the company develop even in difficult times.
Through this article we also want to thank our clients and partners for the trust they had in us as well as all the success we had together. We will continue to remain a strategic partner for all those that want to build an organizational culture where people and the development of their abilities come first.
