There was a great gathering at the Nextep court. Guests from many domains: education and training, the oil industry and the pharmaceutical one. For two days they transformed and challenged our participants' points of view regarding change management.
The course offered models and instruments that are necessary in order to understand and apply techniques regarding the way in which one must approach change.
As a result, through the power of examples, the guests won the involvement of our participants offering them real life, up to date case studies.
The theoretical part was exceptionally mixed with energetic practice and that made participants interact to the highest degree.
