Human Invest won “The most creative training program of 2008” award, with the Situational Leadership® II program, at the Business-Edu Gala 2009. Developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies, SL®II is one of the most widely renowned leadership training programs in the world, being used by more than 10 million managers from 36 countries. Human Invest is the exclusive representative of The Ken Blanchard Companies in Romania.
“As a member of the team that brought this program to Romania and developed it, I am very happy. Especially when I learned, unofficially, that our program received a huge number of votes from respondents.” said Rares Manolescu, Senior Manager within the company.
In Romania, over 4000 managers have taken part in the Situational Leadership®II courses held by Human Invest trainers. The SL®II model is easy to assimilate and apply, teaching managers what style of leadership to use in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of their employees no matter what the situation or degree of professional development.
In the same category, Human Invest was also nominated with the Nextep management development program. The third edition of Nextep is about to begin, the first two having enjoyed a great deal of success among participants and their managers.
In the “Trainer of the year” category, Rares Manolescu, last year’s winner, was again present among the top 5 best trainers in Romania.
