HR is and always will be a very important area of expertise, no matter what the economical status. Whether we are talking about training employees or efficient recruiting, the bottom line is that the power and performance of an organization depends on the power and performance of the people working for it. In this course Nextep participants learned how to be HR efficient.
The second module of Nextep ended with the last course, HR Performance Measurement Instruments.
With the help of an experienced “conductor” when it comes to HR music sheets, Csaba Gergely, we learned how you can switch the low tones of unfavorable business conditions to the high notes that support employee development!
Csaba created a relaxed learning environment, in which the course came into its own, built on the expectations of our participants and their high level of involvement.
We looked at the importance of the HR department in an organization and how it can become a strategic partner in business decisions as well as the way in which every participant can contribute to this. We learned how to efficiently measure performance, how to help organizations adapt to crisis when it comes to human resources, and how to correctly analyze abilities.
Everything they were taught was backed up with examples from Csaba's experience. We mixed theory with practice and had plenty of time for interpretations and questions.
Now, after the functional module we can't wait for the strategic one!
