As I was saying in my previous article it's interesting to see the impact a generation of employees has on the workplace and, furthermore, how this impact should not be neglected. A key element is that one of the reasons for an inefficient communication between employees is based on age difference and inferentially the needs and aspirations of every generation. |

Today we learn to lead! Today we learn to take the responsibility to lead, to go outside the comfortable environment in which you could redo the course when things went bad. Jobs for amateur managers were everywhere and management education was considered an optional "soft" task. The type of people who were promoted due to a favorable juncture, ill trained, lacking performance, the sort that didn’t put any price on loyalty or responsibility.
