| They came, they saw, they talked... |

Speaking in public seams easy at first glance but, as our Nextep participants found out, you need practice and theory in order to be successful. Public speaking is no longer a source of stress and risk but a formidable weapon in the arsenal of our managers.
With a camera filming them, the Nextep participants went face to face with words. They arranged them so that they sounded ok, and transmitted a rich content. Controlled gestures, controlled diction, perfect presentation!
Introducing them to the wonderful world of words in our Speaking in Public course was Cosmin Alexandru, who stood by them "for better or for worse". They built their speeches, presented them in front of their colleagues, received and got feedback. They watched themselves afterwards, analyzed every word, every expression, movement or gesture. They laughed, laughed a lot and felt good.
Controlling their emotions was the most difficult part. Their attempts to convey exactly what they wanted were numerous; however what they learned from them was even grander. What can be said is that they immersed themselves in the magical world of words for two days, they learned how to arrange them so that their message was clear, to the point and just the way they wanted it. No emotions or with as little emotions as possible.
