Through dance moves, the Nextep generation has reached the halfway mark of their journey. We started in October 2008, we spiced the sessions with individual leadership projects, which each participant charted together with their personal coach. We waltzed away, situational leadership style, we communicated in the language of rumba and we increased personal efficiency by means of cha-cha. After which we began to improve in the rhythm of finances and marketing, in order to prepare for our public speaking.
Our Nextep trainers are very dedicated; they assist participants in individual and group projects in order to ensure that the learning rhythm is kept throughout the duration of the program, thus supporting the leap from specialist to manager.
After every course, we organized theme nights with special guests from different areas of the business sector for our participants. We debated interesting topics such as leadership during crisis situations, personal development plans, we listened to opinions of different managers from different fields and all these contributed to the creation of a group that has its own dance rhythm now, preparing for a grand finally in April
