We celebrated our successes, reminisced about the good times we had and realized how much we have learned together. All this in the informal, warm and enjoyable environment of Caffe Tabiet. After 7 months of courses, meeting and extra curricula events, our participants said that they have enriched their management abilities, they have made new friends and discovered that Nextep is truly "Essential. Practical. Personal". They also added unconventional to the table.
The first ones to speak were the trainers from the program, who also handed out the diplomas to the participants who in turn said a few words to those present: their managers, friends and our special guests. It was an emotional moment for both sides, which made the whole Ceremony feel natural.
We're glad for our being together these past months, that the participants recommended this course to colleagues and friends and that now we truly are a community we can be proud of. We wish to thank everyone for their enthusiasm, their desire to learn and their open mindedness!
